On Nov. 18, more than 100 people were in Woodinville experiencing the 2021 Northwest Idea House, checking out the latest in building techniques, products, and of course, innovative designs.

The sustainable and energy-efficient home was built and designed by the team at Redmond's Lochwood-Lozier and furnished by Bellevue's Greenbaum Home Furnishings. Several key partners also were involved, showcasing the best in windows, doors, counters, faucets, lighting, landscaping, appliances, tile, and everything else that makes up a home.

This is one of several 425 magazine Idea Houses the publication has highlighted through the years. This home will be featured in the January 2022 issue and has already been highlighted on KING 5’s Evening in addition to this tour. Tickets were $50 each and proceeds from the tour will go to Bellevue LifeSpring.

425 magazine’s Northwest Idea House concept brings together the top talent in the industry and is meant to showcase the latest and greatest in everything home design and building. This home was no exception, and the people who came to see it offered a lot of “oohs” and “aahs” and “I would love that in a home.”
