Veteran’s Day Parade Honors Heroes in Auburn

The City of Auburn is set for its 56th annual Veterans Day Parade on Saturday, Nov. 6, at 11 a.m.

Chosen again in 2021 as a Regional Site for Veteran’s Day Observance by the National Veteran’s Day Committee and the U.S. Department of Veteran’s Affairs, the City of Auburn said it proudly accepts its selection.

Join spectators lining Main Street for one of the nation’s largest parades with over 160 entries in honor of Veteran’s Day.

Enjoy a lineup of more than 10 marching bands, including JBLM’s America’s First Corp Band and Navy Band Northwest, antique military vehicles, classic cars, and a variety of floats, military units, and community groups.

As a Vietnam War Commemorative Partner, the City will host a special tribute to those veterans having served in the Vietnam War.

Several food vendors will also be onsite located on South Division Street.

Guests are encouraged to get there early with foldable chairs, and adhere to all current King County health mandates, including wearing a mask.
