Get into the holiday spirit at a traditional European-styled Kris Kringle Market hosted by Spouses' Club of Lewis-McChord (SCLM).
The two-day family-friendly festival takes place Nov. 19-20 at the Thurston County Fairgrounds and Events Center in Lacey.
Revel in sounds of the season with live music and caroling, while shopping from over 70 vendors and makers. Find holiday gift items like wood crafts, candles, ornaments, baked goods, clothing, treats for pets, and more.
Join festive activities like holiday wish list/letter writing, story time with Mrs. Claus, or purchase photos with Santa on either day. A meet-and-greet and further photo ops with live reindeer will happen from 4-8 p.m. on Saturday only.
Like early 12th Century German legends, special guests Krampus Seattle will be on hand to spread cheer or fear, depending on which list you’re on, Naughty or Nice.
Grab a bite from one of several local food trucks serving up delicious cuisine with an international flair. Enjoy Hawaiian, and Filipino, along with other favorites like BBQ, funnel cakes, hot cocoa, and coffee, to name a few.
Really spice things up by sampling seasonal beers, ciders, glühwein, and mead from the Cider Barrel beer garden, featuring tastings from Oly Wine, Axis Meads, and Tart Hard Cider.
Stop by the JBLM’s Santa’s Castle toy drive to make a donation of new, unwrapped toys for all ages. These services benefit eligible active duty military family members from all branches.
A majority of Kris Kringle Market proceeds will benefit the SCLM Scholarships and Grants Fund in support of military families across the JBLM area.
General admission and parking are free. Early entrance ticketing available for purchase for Santa visits, shopping, and beer garden tasting experiences. Find tickets here.
