Wines Meet Handcrafted Designs

Like icing enhances the attractiveness of a freshly baked cake, hand-etched and hand-painted designs are enhancing wine bottles thanks to the skilled artisans at Gig Harbor’s Fresh Northwest Design. The custom bottles are often savored long after the last drop of wine is poured.

Hundreds of custom-designed bottles line the shelves at the Gig Harbor studio – including depictions of Kentucky Derby horses, Garfield, Disney’s “Toy Story” characters and scenes of Mt. Baldy in Sun Valley, Idaho. Even Baxter, owner Scott Schoenen’s dachshund, has his own commemorative bottle.

If you can dream it, they usually can create it.
