A Classic Love Affair

When Andrea and Dr. Tom Molloy were looking for a home three years ago, they fell for the 1908 house in the historic Stadium District in Tacoma they live in now. “This home was the first house we looked at,” Andrea said. “After viewing a large amount of other homes we realized we were comparing them all to this one. It is the only house that we had a clear vision of how our family would live in it and make it our haven,” she said.

A 3-year-old mare, Little Ava, has recently arrived from Emerald Downs in Auburn. The purple tape signals her professional racing days are over.
