It would be nice to see the hospitals ranked by specialty. Every hospital has its niche - things that it is known for doing extremely well. I have heard really good things about both St Joe & Tacoma General (and some not-so-great things about Auburn Regional), and I'd like to know which hospital to go for specific things (cardiology, oncology, sports medicine, etc). This list did, however, cover best place to have a baby - Tacoma General. Thanks for the rankings!!! :)
Barb Larson (Tacoma)    Dec 31, 2009 8:55 PM

Rainier Pacific is definately the best bank around. I moved everything there after my family had been telling me over and over again about their wonderful customer service. At my other bank I felt like I had a number stamped on my forehead but with Rainier Pacific I know they care about ME! It's awesome!

I switched to Rainier Pacific Bank because of what I heard about their service, and they are so friendly and the service is the best!

Wow! What a great list! Nice Blend of companies and individuals. Next year I want to be in on the vote!

Michael Morrison is a good real estate agent but Steve Sloboda of Windermere is definitely the South Sound's best. Great customer service and really involved in making our community better!

Great idea. I don't agree with every winner, but I'm happy to see my town represented so well.
