When it is wet outside, it can be easy for older houses to become full of moisture, causing problems for your home and your health. Historic Tacoma is hosting a discussion about challenges created by age or remodeling and what you can do to help your home. Historic Tacoma board member Roger Johnson, a specialist in water and moisture infiltration, will offer solutions and discuss how to identify failures in roofing, windows, siding, electrical and plumbing.
